Does Anyone Else Experience Very Vivid Dreams Every Night That Leave You Feeling Exhausted Like You've Lived Through Another Day?

Southampton, UK

Every night I have very vivid dreams - some good some not so good! I never feel refreshed by my sleep and wake up feeling exhausted.

I have very vivid dreams, talk in my sleep, argue and fight in my sleep. My poor dh catches the kicks and the punches. He will wake me up asking me why I cry. Poor man!

My brain just doesn't settle down. I can make lists of things to do for work while I am asleep and yes I remember those the next day? But not dreams?
