I did a class called "Ai Chi" once which is Tai Chi done in water. The class was at our local hospital in their warm water therapy pool. It was very relaxing and fun. Slow stretching movements which also helped improve your balance. Tai Chi is also good exercise for fibromyalgia.

Absolutely. But it may take some time to ser the results. Like any fidical activity your musles eventually got used to activity. But if you dont want to swim it doesn't matter as long as you try to move your body. Waking or streching a litthe any movement helps. Just try doing gentle movements in the beginning. But is very important to go in a WARM pool.

I am seriously thinking about getting one of those old lady therapy tubs they advertise on TV to soak in before going to bed.
