Apologies for the long delay.. I've had three ketamine infusions over the past year, just had my third last week. Really hoping it gets better this time. My first treatment was a low dose and I felt really great for a week then my body went right back to what it was before the treatment. Finding the correct dose/medication takes a lot of patience, mostly what I don't have and I'm sure I'm not alone, lol. How are your new meds going?

Exactly the same mate, sometimes wish i had some form of self oiling Tap or something just to ease the pains & help me live my life again with the everlasting energy levels i used to have instead of falling asleep just thinking of walking the shop.plus side though there is plenty of easter eggs around the house so might have to become Easter Bunnies helper & get them munched before the elves takes them back to santa via the purple coloured unicorns on the rainbow road to magical Fibro land ha ha.. only joking ain't really cracking up lol.. Hope your pains have eased slightly Stringbean? I also find the rain especially kicks it all off as though the body can feel the damp throughout. Have you started any new treatments yet? I've just received my 1st batch of Q10 tablets but hanging fire upto now till I've spoken to my doctor to see if its ok for me too take ontop of the rest of the smarties in my medication bag. Take care my friend kets hope there is some form of light & healing at the end of the tunnel.. oh we can only dream. X❤X
