Does Anyone See Starbursts?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Jacksonville, FL

Before my fibro was diagnosed, I developed a chronic migraine that still won't go away. At day 40, I woke up seeing starbursts and halos. Neither my neurologist or eye doctor can tell me why.

Have you ever tried botox injections or low doses of Valium for your migraines? Valium seemed to reset my whole system & helped with the constant fibro pain while making me sleep deeply & peacefully pain free.

I get those from time to time. Usually when my migraine is getting worse. I find them to be the precursor to intense auras. I've had a migraine every day for the last 11 years, since a car accident. What works for me is a cold pack, bed and a very dark room. Hope you find some relief.

Yes I get starbursts. I have to go into a dark room with no lights and lay down.
