Thanks Nerik , advice is great. I find strong cheese upsets my system and I will try decafe tea ... red meat too like steak 😉

I struggle with this as well. In theory, the idea of vegan or plant based diet sounds like it might help but the actual energy it takes to prepare these foods is difficult when you're already struggling with fatigue and pain. I would also like to know if others have had success with these types of diets regarding pain management and fatigue?

I stopped drinking anything diet and/or eat anything that has aspertane because that is a killer for fibromyalgia

The biggest one is aspartame (diet soft drinks), sugar, caffeine, and probably wheat because it's heavily sprayed with chemicals. I don't eat meat and find the less I eat the better I feel... Nothing that takes ages to digest or causes bloating. White rice, pasta and potatoes can take a long time so I don't eat those.. Just test things out over a few weeks each.
