Utah is great!! Southern Utah has no snow and is the home to many of our beautiful national parks. Its very dry here. Low humidity.
And if you do live somewhere whete it snows it's still not bad because of low humidity.

I live in GA as well. I have always felt thankful that our season don't last long. Heat, cold rain and wind all bother very much but we only have this kind of weather a few days at a time. I hope this might help you. Always Prayers & Blessings 💜
