No. When you go to your doctor let him or her bescribe a good pain killer (Tramadol). Secondly if you battle to sleep something like Zopivane because if you have to get up in the mornings it doesn't make your head feel all fuzzy and last but not least a calming agent for anxiety like (azor, zanor or alzaam) oh take an anti depressant something like (Yelate). I use it and I have tried over the years so many things. I am also allergic to asprin paracetamol penicillin and codien so what are you allergic to.

I don't sleep and the liquid morphine keep me awake it's a nightmare having the baby to but some how i manage I find it very hard bit I need to get thro the day I self harm tho so it helps me relieve pressure although it's not good it helps me
