Does anyone suffer from IBSD with chills with no fever
Every morning and I do mean every morning , I awake to chills creeping up my body and yet sweating. I have no fever because I've taken it. Then I get out of bed and must go to bathroom where diareah starts. At least 2-4 x before my day can even start
I've seen my Dr who prescribed buspar for my extreme anxiety. She says with dealing with my elderly parents, one who has dementia and keeping my granddaughter while her mother works. That… read more

I can only tell you what helps me with stress and anxiety. I do meditations. Sometimes I meditate on my own but there are great meditations on youtube. I usually use one every day in the afternoon. It helps calm me. I've had alot of family drama recently and even though I take Lexapro, I was getting close to falling apart. I started going back to the guided meditations and it really helped. Also a good talk with my husband who is very supportive. I hope you find something that helps!

Yes to IBSD with chills. Feels like you have the flu. Tires you out even more. I stopped the RX pills and try to control with diet. Avoid greasy food, eat lots of fiberous veggies, no fructose corn syrup. As simple a diet as you can. Limit meat.

But most important manage the stress in your life. If walking isnt doing it then try Thai Chi or yoga as they require concentration. Meditate and listen to soothing sounds. The more outside stimuli you have the more stressed you will be.

I know you feel like you are going crazy..but thats just the disease talking. Hang in there and post often!
