I'm ready to try almost anything to relieve all this pain. Some is osteoarthritis and some bone spurs but this stiffness is weird its like my body wants to hold me back when I try to move and my balance is off I don't trust my balance ihave tripped alot and fallen. And trying to get up once I fall is almost impossible without assistance. I've been told acupuncture and chiropractors give some relief. But not sure I cod afford the treatments. Does insurance cover some of these costs?

I don't think your body can become dependent on chiropractic. If it is bringing you relief, then it is working. Our disease affects muscles, joints, and ligaments, all of which chiropractors manipulate to bring relief. I cannot do chiropractic anymore - the machines once felt good, but now it makes my muscles and skin hurt worse. I've never enjoyed the neck "cracking".
Good luck.
