To get rid of brain fog/fibro fog : (taught to me by a vertigo specialist). Do this religiously (daily) when you wake up, still lying in bed, head on pillow :
1). Turn head to left, hold, count 1-10 Back to first position. Turn head to right , hold, count 1-10. Back to 1st pstn. Do 5X each side alternately.
2). Turn head to left, tilt head slightly down almost touching left shoulder, hold, count 1-10. Back 1st pstn.
Turn head to right, tilt head down almost touching right shoulder. Do 5X each side alternately.
3). You must do this daily for 2 months. You can also do this with eyes closed if you feel dizzy or in a fog.
After 2 months, do #1, hold, count 1-5 only.
Then add 4). Turn head to left, move head looking up to ceiling. Hold, count 1-5. Back 1st pstn. 5). Do same thing, this time to the right. Do 5X each side alternately. Do 5X each side alternately.
6). Turn head to left, move head looking down , hold, count 1-5. Back 1st pstn.
7). Do same thing to the right. Do 5X each side alternately.
8). For body: Wiggle your body like a worm. Wiggle all over to the left & to the right.
9). For Arms: Raise left & right hand up towards the ceiling. Hold, count 1-5. Down back beside body. Do 5X.
10). For Fingers: Make a fist with left hand. Open & stretch fingers as wide as you can. Hold, count 1-5. Close fist. Do the same for right fist. Do 5X each side alternately.
11). For legs: Lift leg straight up, back on bed. Hold, count 1-5. Down. Do the same for right leg. Do 5X each side alternately.
12). For feet: Slide left feet towards your butt. Do an inverted V or a teepee. Lift your toes up only, heel on bed, do 5 round circles.Down, feet flat on bed. Straighten leg down. Now do the right leg. Same thing, teepee, then make 5 round circles.
13). For body, now sit up like an L on bed. Hands on sides of body. Twist body towards the left. Hold, count 1-5. Back 1st position. Do same, twist body towards the right, hold, count 1-5. Do each side 5X alternately .
14). Sit like an L on bed. Hands straight out on both sides. Twist to the left. Hold, count 1-5. Back 1st pstn. Do same to the right. Do 5X each side alternately.
15). Last one, sit like L. Hands out a bit on both sides. Turn both hands back & forth making a half circle. Do as many as you like. Now your whole body's blood circulation is flowing around. All the stiffness is loosened.
Doing it everyday will get easier & easier. All these should take only less than 10 minutes & each @ exercise comes one after the other. You don't even have to think what's next.
Hope this will help everyone get rid of your fibro fog & loosen every limb on your body. Even when you don't have your fibro fog anymore, keep doing these simple & easy @ exercises in your bed or sitting down. 💞🤗💞🤗💞🤗💞

If anyone that's doing these exercises have any questions, you can message me @ SiuViv anytime. Take care & good luck. 🤣🤣🤣

@A MyFibroTeam Member You're welcome. I have been doing them daily since I learned them. Vertigo gone, fibro fog gone, stiffness gone unless I didn't have enough sleep but not as stiff as before. 🤣🤣🤣

Viv, thanks for sharing your exercises. I saved them in a word doc.
I do stretches like many of these in bed every morning, but will add the ones that are new to me. I do believe stretching in bed before I get up makes a huge difference and keeps me going. I'm hoping the head stretches will help my fog as it did for you. :)
