Has Anyone Ever Used A Life Coach?
Trying to find the best way to handle my life and balance everything in it. I know therapy would help me out but there are like 100 different types of "therapy" and I am trying to find out which types have worked for which people. Any suggestions or stories are welcome. Please note I'm not religious. 😁
Ive had toget CBT and DBT for my situation. It definately helped my coping skills for fibro. I also am on a regiment of vitamins, magnesium at night, restorlax in the morning, vitamin D2000iu, B complex vit, Krill ,...this week ive called my therapist for extra support as its been tough lately and sometimes the extra support is what i really need...an unbiased person that supports me rather than burdening my family with more...
My dogs help me. They are not therapy dogs or perfect but just their company and their love for me helps me gather my thoughts and put them in perspective. My husband is a big help also. I love him dearly but cannot be around as often as I like.
