I haven’t had much of an appetite but i hadn’t put the two together. Very interesting.

I also find that my appetite is almost non-existent and that I feel nauseated a lot of the time. I generally eat only once per day, and even that can be a struggle. When I am really having trouble, I find that a smoothie is the best option for me. I like to use frozen mixed berries, greek yogurt (added protein), and a bit of real fruit juice. It seems to really settle my upset stomach. If I'm in too much pain to make a smoothie, I'll just mix some of the frozen berries with yogurt in a bowl and eat it that way.

Good luck.

Hi HDG. I have trouble eating all the time because of extreme nausea from the pain. My typical morning breakfast goes one of two ways. If I can do it, I will eat oatmeal. If the smell or texture or nausea is too much, I will just have the Walmart equivalent to a Slimfast shake and can usually add an omelet. I have type 2 diabetes, but am insulin dependent. This means I have to eat, so this is my compromise. Sometimes I end up drinking 2 shakes a day because the nausea is so bad. I am also going to try to make my own protein shakes soon to see if I can get something a little more substantial in me in the morning. Hope that helps ☺️
