I have it every morning, can't even eat, only coffee will go down. I also take zantac when it's really bad. Good luck

I have had experienced the same symptoms since I was going through dianosis, 3 yrs ago, but wasn't a daily thing, it came and go.
However the past 2 moths I have been experiencing the same symptoms daily and sometime multiple times a day.

It has taken me years to figure out with this last few days of nausea that it must be fibro related. Lots of headaches also. I think I have just accepted all of it as a way of life like the pain. Pain isn't supposed to be normal but it is. I hope you are having a gentle fibro day.
