Hello. First, I am sorry you are going through this. I would certainly go see a doctor. However, I understand to a degree. I am 37 - almost 38 - and in the last few months, I have noticed some very defined issues related to things during my cycle. First I noticed my cycle changing from like 35 days between periods to around 28 days. Then I noticed that 3-4 days before I started my period, my face would flush and I would feel extremely hot on my face only. Then when I start my period, I have night sweats for up to two days while on my period. I am also very emotional before I start my period as well. I can't tell what's going. Also, what do you mean by "inner vibration?" I get weird sensations in my hands/arms and feet that feel like a low current of electricity is flowing through...almost like a humming/tickling sensation right under the skin. It is a very uncomfortable sensation. I don't like it at all.

My time f the month is always weird. I get low back pain, mood swings, diarrhea, sometimes vomiting, fibro flare, and I have had gastritis for awhile now. The gastritis I’m sure is from taking 800mg ibuprofen 3x’s a day. Anyway, I hurt a lot The week before my period and then the whole week of.

I had the mirena for about a year. It didn’t hurt to have it inserted but I bled the entire year. I finally had it removed as the reason I got it was to stop m6 extremely heavy periods.

Now I just deal with it. Unfortunately I think I am starting to go through menopause as I have not had a period in 3 months.

It's so overwhelming on top of all the fibro stuff too. I am nearly 38 now. The doc thinks it might be perimenopausal issues i am having along with fibro stuff.

Hope these issues now start getting better for you now. Glad to know the mirena isn't too painful when getting put in but really sorry it didn't work for you xx

Hiya:-) thanks for messaging. I do get the electricity feeling ur talking about too but this is different it feels like a mobile phone vibrating but not as intense. I am going to try seeing a female doctor tomorrow, i am hoping she might be be a better bet to help me with this. X
