@A MyFibroTeam Member My 38 year old daughter lost her job. She tried to go back but the pain was to bad. She filed for SSD a year ago and has an Attorney. She has been denied two times but the attorney appealed them. She is now waiting for an appointment before the Judge. Don't give up! Keep trying because I got SSD several years ago. We just keep praying as that is all we can do while waiting and that is always the best thing to do. James 3:16

II was denied back in 09 . Now I'm 58iwas diagnosised back in 2002 or so by my primary dr .She referred me to my nuerologist.Iwas a special education teacher assistant..I was out more than I worked. I went on FLMA th rest of 2009. Then in the end of year he said your 49 you can't work with these kidsI hiredThis attorney friend told me from school. They were very good .It took me not even a year .Had to go to dr's on thier end( which did nothing to help my case) but with the help of God dr written notes to the judge she awarded me.I had fybromalgia, migraines, chronic pain, disc degeneration ect...Basicly Dr. Said I can't stand for more than 2 hrs.Cant work more than 3.days a week...Had worked 20 years.Judge said that they can hire someone younger more reliable.

I failed twice, filling in forms which took me at least 4 hours. Decided to put myself in front of a judge and told the truth about my pain. Judges are not stupid, if you were putting on an act they would know. You have to fight for your rights, you are the one that is in pain and not getting any quality of life. Will keep my fingers crossed for you! xxx

Make sure your attorney are well qualified for disability. Also my nuerologist was very well known in the courts for writing patient referrals for disability for patients that really need it. some dr's from what I heard from people hear in Florida are known to just write letters for anybody / same for Attorneys .Do you no anyone who has won.?.Did they show you thier client list?
