Yes! I have fasciculations all over the last 4 months or so. I get them everywhere. Feet, neck, butt, back, legs, arms. Some days are better than others. I have been to the Mayo Clinic in December to see a neuromuscular specialist and had a EMG and MRI done. Both came out fine. I was scared of the same things hence the reason why I saw a neurologist. Just remember MND is rare, and you would have other symptoms such as weakness as in you can’t do certain things anymore, I.e. can’t button up a shirt. A emg will detect any true neurological disorders. Just know that fasciculations are normal with fibro.

I was sent to a neurologist to rule out ALS and Myasthenia Gravis.
The emg was normal. He felt it was misfiring in brain. (fibro, cfs)
I have twitching mostly in extremities.
I am used to that now, however earlier on it was worrisome.
Best of Luck

I also went down the ALS rabbit hole. I saw two neurologists in under a year and had 2 clean emg’s. No other symptoms. My drs said it was benign fasiculation syndrome but I’m wondering now if it’s just a symptom of fibromyalgia. Either way I’m sorry you are experiencing this!!

I was evaluated by a neurologist about 3 years ago and they found nothing wrong. I was worried about ALS because of all the twitching/fasiculations, cramping and the one-sided muscle loss, but he found nothing. It kinda makes you think your're crazy.
