I lost my mom Jan 7th this year! Thought i was loosing my mind, my Dr told me seritonin in my system and the reason all the gas and upset stomach and belching that rounchie eggs smell, happens when mourning someone she said is a natural effect. I also had to start taking blood pressure rocketed 185/107 and first one they took was 195/ 115. Our body is a mystery sometimes we dont understand it. So since my mom passed i found out i can no longer eat black beans, im also lactose intolerant so i now drink lactaid, no more cheese, or any kind of dairy. Its very disappointing, cause i love dairy. I am on omezeropole stomach med. Helps my IBS which is also part of Fibromyalgia, and i will get peppermint also and just suck on it has been helping my stomach, i buy altoids best for stomach, hope thos helps. My condolences.

Im wondering if i have SIBO. Im having a tough time eating ive had this for the past 2 yrs. Im not getting the proper caloric intake which i believe has caused severe damage to my pituitary and hypothalmus. I need to get checked out but know my hormones are all over the place all of them. I just hope its fixable. Im praying. Ive been eating a couple small meals at breakfast and lunch and then a good sized dinner. But i dont have much variety as ive become quite picky due to upset tummy. I sure hope i didnt mess myself up for good. I lost my father 2 yrs ago and for 6 mos before that he was ill and i was his caretaker. So i lost my appatite completely...didnt even feel the urge of hunger for months. I lost about 30 lbs i didnt need to lose. I know hunger is a hormone so i belive every 1 of my hormones are gone. Also having neurological issues...nothing too bad i just hope a blessing comes thru and there is something that can be done. I suffer from gastritis, gerd, and diverticulosis. But the drs want to treat for too much stomach acid and i dont produve enough. Possibly due to gall bladdre removal. I hope and pray for you all daily. Hope everyone is feeling better since the weather is changing! God bless
