Yes. I sometimes get itchiness in my hands. I also get tingling in my limbs and body.

I recently discovered that Allegra helps w that.
Apparently in addition to being a histamine blocker, it helps w skin conditions such as itching, so I tried.

For me, it stopped the tingling altogether.

Yes I do. Try soaking your hands in warm water with epsom salt.

Yes both mainly the right hand stress ball can help with joint arthritis to squeezing it few days a week massage the hands with eucalyptus or black pepper just 1-2 drops only into grape seed oil or coconut too works with adding oil onto it

This is a new suymptom for me. I believe I probably have arthritis as well. The Epson salt idea is great! Thank you rveryone!

I get achy in the joints of my fingers. When they’re achy they also itch.
