I agree Plantar fasciitis is most likely the problem.

Mine is on the top of my foot as well

Mine is in the top of my feet. Wakes me up at night but I put blue emu cream on it and it settles down and I go back to sleep.

I wear my orthopedic insole
Still hurts
I have and appointments with my orthopedist next week
