Hi, Tips For Muscle Tightness Anyone????

This symptom I find very strange.... any muscle could be involved but they seem to instantly get so tense causing pain - and nothing really seems to help. It can really make me feel quite low sometimes..

I use Muscle Mag by Wellness Resources - I buy it off of Amazon. When I go off it random muscles tighten up causing pain. Drives me crazy and causes fear.
