Is Anyone Else Using Both Guaifenesin And Low Dose Naltrexone For Their Fibro?

I have had great results with guaifenesin. It dampens my fibro symptoms to a bearable level unless I eat food that I am intolerant to, i.e. dairy, gluten and high salicylate. In which case, I get large flares for up to two or three weeks. I have recently added low dose naltrexone to my regime, helping with sleep. Is anyone else out there using both guaifenesin and LDN? Hi, I take 600mg twice a day. It is compounded for slow release by a pharmacy in Marina Del Ray in California.

Yes, the guaifenesin has been used for decades by a Californian physician to treat fibromyalgia- it is called the guaifenesin protocol. It has been very helpful for me. A low dose of naltrexone has been found to help people with autoimmune disorders, including fibromyalgia. I can send links if you are interested.

Not saying you are wrong but I look up these and they are for coughs & the other for opid addiction.
