I kept blaming fibromyalgia for all my joint and muscle pain. It is crippling. I just learned I am deficient in seversl vitamins. How many of you have experienced this?

I live in Northern Illinois and am low on Vit D. My friend in Florida’s Vit D level is fine. It helps if you live at a location that has plenty of sunshine to have the adequate level of this vitamin.

One vitamin deficency most (but not ALL) people with Fibro have is a Vit B12 deficiency.

I was diagnosed as Vitamins D &B12 deficient years ago. They do affect joint and soft tissue health. Taking the tablets helps.

I have to take the maximum dose of any medication and 2.5 times the dose for vitamin D. Plus because I produce kidney stones, I'm anemic, it is a balancing act for each one. I don't need vitamin C, or a couple others, what I eat provides an excess of these vitamins.
