I had "painful bladder syndrome" for a year or so. It's also called Interstitial cystitis. Feels like a constant bladder infection, but there isn't one. It would also hurt bad if I needed to go, but somehow sat up or turned funny, it felt like I got hit on a full bladder. I found great relief with AzoStandard tablets. It finally went away, as mysteriously as it came.

Yes Evenlyn !! This is one of my WORST and most lasting problems !!!My Urologist came up with D-Mannose, (which is a sugar), that helps me a whole lot !!!! I Take 2 a day, and up that if I am having problems !! I have gone from getting up 3-4 times a night to once or not at all !! I strongly recommend it !!!

Yes, I have. Sorry you are experiencing it too. I swear my bladder is the size of a peanut ðŸĨœ from what I can hold. Just recently I had pain palpable at the bladder point on my pelvis, plus pain and frequency. The dip stick urinalysis showed possibly of infection yet the lab test showed none. Crazy ðŸĪŠ making. I also have to be careful not to avoid drinking fluid so I don't get caught short. Also I downloaded an app that shows toilets ðŸšŧ wherever we go. I was considering yesterday about purchasing a unisex urine bottle for desperate times.. Like in the car etc
They have female urine collectors I believe now.

It's horrid to have I know.

Best wishes 🙏âœĻ👍ðŸŧ

Hi SueBeth !! I had the bladder and bowel problems for yrs. !! I have worked on my diet for my bowel problems, and D-Mannose is working for my bladder problems !! D-Mannose is inexpensive and can be bought at you local drug store -mine is by AZO - 2,000 mg. - I usually take 2, but it says to take 4, and extra if you need them !! It binds w bacteria as Evelyn said !!
