Hi Rosi, I use to suffer from extreme itchiness on my lower legs. I would scratch them so much.. awake and asleep, they would bleed. When you looked at them up close, the skin looked really dry and flaky. I tried different oils, helped a little, then I tried tea tree oil. It smells really bad, but it also has an antiseptic in it.. I used it on my itchy scalp too. The tingling felt wonderful on my scalp, like a million little fingers scratching me gently. I would leave it on for about 15 minutes then rinse off. Somehow that worked for me. There is an article on this site that addresses itchiness, it's really informative.My inching stopped before I read the article, but I think it would be worth your while to find and read it. I'm sorry, it's been a while since I read it and don't remember it's recommendations, but I'm sure you'll find it. Alot of people suffer from itching, I hope someone will answer you with a solution to try from the article, but it shouldn't be hard to find, due to it's popularity. Mine feels like painful goose bumps even when I’m not cold. Skin on my back and head hurts. And a feeling that “something is wrong” washes thru me. Weird

Nothing to get rid the only thing that seems to help a little is a weighted blanket, but I brought mine to heavy for me so I need to get a new one. O brought one to fit my bed thinking that would be best but it was just to heavy. I'm thinking of getting a child's one
