Please Help When I Use Magnesium Epson Salts To Try And Help My Pain In The Bath But Find It Is Causing A Burning Sensation And Itchy Feelin
Maybe you're allergic to the salts? Or possibly adding too much?
A lot of Fibro peeps have sensitivity to many products, as well.
I hope you can figure it out soon and get relief for any and all symptoms.
Add baking soda at the same time
Do try the sea salt but make sure it contains magnesium - I had to try a few until I found a good one - at a Farmer's Market of all places. It worked wonders for me. Also make sure you really soak in warm to tolerably hot water for ages. Makes your legs a bit wobbly when you go to get out, but if you have a chair or something there to grab when you eventually emerge, you'll be OK.
I gleaned this info from this site some years back now.
Thank you all so much yes I double checked the package after read everyone answers thank all so much
I will add sea salt and bicarb i didnt ever think of this and I am so willing to try anything natural at this point
I never heard of bathing in a sea salt bath but at this point I'm open to anything
And it reminded me to ask the poster if they are sure they are using Epsom salts.
