Magnesium Spray

I was at the vitamin store the other day and say a magnesium spray for pain, has anyone used this and did it help? Thank you for any input πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»

yes! I have actually tried it and it works!! when I remember, I spray on my achy elbows, shoulders and knees after bathing and before getting dressed for work. I did not expect it to help as much as it has. definitely worth it :)

@Lavonng yes, it works I made my own spray using Epsom salt flakes and water. I spray on run it In and it enters through your skin I take Epsom salts bath' s the issue is an magnesium deficiency. there are foods that are rich in magnesium. online information the healing is anti inflammatory conditions, muscle cramps, muscle spasms, headaches are a few things caused by a deficiency -and gone when magnesium levels are normal

I use Magnesium oil spray all the time.
I find it a quick and effective pain relief and inexpensive. I also take Magnesium 250mg tablets one daily

Magnesium Malate is known to help people with fibromyalgia. You can google it.

@A MyFibroTeam Member Hi, Lavonne. I don't use the spray but I do take magnesium 250mg/day. I take it at night. Magnesium deficiency can lead to symptoms such as restless legs, muscle cramps, migraines, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia & IBS.
It is also crucial to nerve transmission, muscle contraction, blood coagulation, energy production, nutrient metabolism( suppose to break down carbohydrates, fats & proteins), bone & cell formation.
Magnesium is a sleep booster & helps you sleep better as it helps muscles to relax & the nerves in the brain to rest.
