No Not that type of headache. i get headaches from strong odors like perfumes, cleaning products and when there are drops in barometric pressure.. I don't wear perfumes and i use mild cleaning products.

strong chemical smells have always been headache triggers for me.

I had severe migraines till 20+ years ago when they stopped. for the last ten years of migraines i treated them with essential oils of peppermint (at temples) and lavender (under nose). plus over the counter pain pill. oddly, this helped.

Your question caught my attention. Everything started with killer headaches in 2020. They came on suddenly and often. I’d wake up with it. It felt like a rod in my head. Most excruciating pain I’ve ever felt. It would last 48 hours at a time. Finally I was given a calcium channel blocker. Thank god it helped! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about three years later so the headaches seemed to be the precursor. The blood pressure medicine absolutely does the trick for me with the headaches!

Woke up with bad neck pain, not sure what it’s from. I get more migraines but I do get pressure at the back of head often.. I crack my neck or put heating pad on it. But, don’t like to lay down unless I’m in utter pain. Feel better& try and stretch. God bless!
