yes, having a chronic illness has given me many areas in my life to grieve about losses of things I cannot do and yet, most professionals do not understand the impact that I believe causes PTSD or and anxiety from having a chronic illness.

Yes I have ptsd when I go in commercial buildings or see building construction workers working because I use to work huge commercial building construction as a union carpenter , hurts me just just thinking about it it’s me worse when I see others doing it . Ugh 😩 I want to do those things but can’t , I can’t even hardly lift a spoon 🥄 at times now .

I've got mental health I'm on sertraline but this is basically what caused my fibro it triggered it . Well I tend to calm myself via playing games on my phone and spray soncalming oils . I start to feel relaxed then xx
