Could be endometriosis. You can't be 20 forever.
Uterine polyps can cause bleeding I had it. And had two d&c surgeries to remove them.
Endometriosis does not occur in an older person just looking at Cherokees picture I would say she is probably post menopausal and you cannot have endometriosis if you are post menopausal. Menopause is the cure for endometriosis.
