A bit dizy & off ballance

Odd. I've been dizzy and walking like I'm drunk. Sometimes i felt like when i got up, especially outside, i thought i was going to pass out

It is most definitely worse when I am tired it seems to be related to insomnia. Sometimes I have to hold my arms out to be able to balance to walk

My dizzy fainting and off balance is not from meds it’s from fibro
