I'm 50 and I'm not sure if it's getting older or the start of menopause that's made my fibro pain much worse. I started HRT about 3 months ago and not had any improvement pain wise. Not sure if the medication can be changed?

I’m 45 and have been really struggling with the brain fog and lethargy side - but mainly the amount of
Pain my body has been in makes it
all worse. When I looked at what HRT helps with the areas seemed to match fm. But in wilts it’s been on the news that there is a shortage of it, so I would hate to have it work and then not have it in stock

HRT is notnsafe I wouldn't recommend I heard it can cause all sorts of problems

I am glad you asked this question!
I have wondered the same so I am trying HRT starting tomorrow!
I am 60 so I am right on the line of where docs are comfortable prescribing it…but I am also doing it to rebuild some bone density because I have osteopenia. So we will see how it goes. I will take Bijuva….it has bioidentical estrogen and progesterone and a bit of clonidine in it.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
