I’ve only gotten the cortisone shots for my knee before my knee replacement surgery and I’ve gotten 2 for my hip and they only lasted for me about a month and a half and my orthopedic doctor said 1 every 4 months. I’ve gotten B12 shots for my fatigue.

Hi Nizi, the rheumatologist offered them to me for pain, but I was concerned it would only mask the problem. I didn't know they could also help with fatigue. If you decide to get them, please let us know how it goes.

Any particular spot giving you issues?

No have not but I’m working toward possibly trying so but I have to seek a referral to a neurosurgeon according to my primary doc, I think you can any get them 3-4 times a year I also heard it’s only temp relief that don’t last long and to many may damage cartilage. I’m not for sure though I could be wrong . I feel I want to try injections in my neck back wrists knees ankles and top of feet . 😩🤷🏻‍♂️😮‍💨☹️
