That is the type of pain I get in my arms Not intense as in my legs. I hope your okay Ian.

Peter & Sam, I hope you’re both ok, thanks for the responses, this is really reassuring. I’m actually going to see the neurologist again a week on Saturday to discuss as my right arm seems to be twitching more than elsewhere. It does seem that aches and twitches are fibro related, which helps with the anxiety it causes me.

Yes I used to get a lot of muscle twitching in my arms and legs
I suffered with severe pain in the right shoulder early 2020 then it moved into the left, after I had a ultrasound they found I had severe bursitis in both shoulders Its been going on and off for 4 years. Injections have helped but I’m still struggling to do the PT as it hurts . Ice & heat soothes it it . Muscle twitching is fibro related. It used to make me feel achy after the muscles had twitched for a long time .
