How Do You Deal With The Dizziness? It's Driving Me Nuts. I Can Learn To Deal With The Pain Of Fibromyalgia But This Vertigo I Can't
Hi Karen,if you’re suffering vertigo I would say see your GP as it could be an underlying issue (usually the ear/s). They may give you some Stemetil for the vertigo or other medication to treat it.It’s No use lying down to rest as the spinning is often worse then.Good luck huni and please let us know how it goes for you 🥰 x
I've just had trouble with light-headedness, not like my vertigo, I've found drinking a orange lucozade the still one a day, seems to have helped. Have you started any new medication which could be causing it? When I had my vertigo years ago nothing seemed to help me, although I didn't research things then like I do now. With this light-headedness when I looked into what I was feeling now it said to replace electrolytes so I'm trying that. I don't get the spinning at the moment, my feeling is if my head is outside of my head just to the side, usually my right, or if the wind I blowing even if only slightly it is pushing me back as my head is behind. My gp thinks it's to do with my pluse and blood pressure so we are keeping a check and I'm doing what I can in the meantime to
My doctor put me on meclizine. I still have the vertigo a little now and then, but at least I’m not passing out from it anymore.
My heart dr said to try electrolytes. I use propel sticks in bottle water twice a day. Don't do too much tho cuz do have salt
