Has Anyone Noticed How Awesome Water Really Is !

I've been suffer from pelvic cramps and upper back ache and shoulder neck ache even pain in my arms down to wrists . I noticed when I drink water the pain eases wow 😲😳 has anyone noticed this ? Like yes doesn't take it away totally at first but it helps alot

Hi Lucy

All that literally points to signs of dehydration. Water and electrolytes is helpful for all that. Dehydration causes lots of cramps and many many things.

Despite drinking a lot of water my thirst does not abate, I only take Tramadol. Also the colour of my urine rarely lightens. Water is the man, or woman, Lucy. Hope your family are well. You must get exhausted caring for them.

Well done Trevor getting over alcoholism. You are the man. I drank heavily at different times it was pure luck I did not become an addict. Another tough chapter in your life Trevor. Did you find your faith again, I hope so.

I love water. I feel in better spirits when I drink more water. I carry my emotional support water bottle with me everywhere I go 🩷💚
