I take magnesium bisglysinate at night. Helps with sleep, muscle spasms and restless legs. Miss it for a few days and really notice the difference..

Hi, Evelyn. To be honest, I take Magnesium, but I have no idea 🤷 if it is working. Getting some blood tests 🔜 , so I will let you know. Still eye problems. Hard to read, but my macular hole closed, so I am lucky. 🍀 Sending good thoughts. Gentle hugs.

I've used a spray magnesium oil on my legs when they are very painful and it takes the pain away within 30 mins. I can feel the oil getting into my legs after I've sprayed it on. The only downside is that I then need to lie on a towel to stop it ruining clothes and bedding. I don't take a tablet form.

My magnesium oil spray says for joints and muscles. It was sold individually but I thought I might as well buy the joint one as it was the same price for the same amount. It has been working wonders
