Anyone else just get tight chest and sort of neck .
Earlier I felt like I can't move but I can it's so weird this is flare I guess ?
Well I have alot of shortness of breath but not from the chest issues my shortness of breath is more form chronic fatigue from which my body trying to handle all the pain and symptoms itβs experiencing .
Yep , I get tight chest and cracking in my chest and neck tention and sharp in neck and neck cracks . Everything is consistent constantly with me for the last 8 months straight .

If any of the ladies get a tight feeling across their chests my advice is to make sure your bra is not too small.
