I Recently Had Some Lab Work Done And Was Shocked To Learn My Vitamin D Level Is Low. Does Anyone Else Have This Problem

Many people that have Fibro are low in Vitamin D, it seems to be a commonality🌷

I have low vitamin D and low vitamin B, or so my Dr told me. I started taking supplements for both.

I had that problem and have been taking supplements off & on ever since. I get it check occasionally & they’re always good now.

I suggest getting a supplement with both D3 and K2 because… reasons. Complicated reasons, sorry lol 😘💚🩷

Taking 4000 mg a day now.D was at 19 before. Now up to 43. Doctor said that everyone’s good levels will be different. Also, slightly anemic like Heather.

I agree with Eleanor2. You need to take the vitamin D with k.
