Yes I do. I have a mini humidifier by my bed which I use every night. It does help. It was suggested to me from someone on here. 👍🏻 🙌🏻

I know what you mean, I have a stuffy nose pretty much all the time, but especially in the morning, am sure it is allergies . My son and I are allergic to a lot of things but especially fresh cut grass etc, we both sneeze a lot.
