I put an ice pack where I’m itching. Fortunately this is only in small areas at at time.

If it could be a histamine (MCAS?) issue, maybe check if it's ok for you to have both a H1 histamine blocker and H2?
Like for example, Zyrtec and Pepcid AC.

Yes, this is what my pharmacist suggested and it seems to work for me.

This is why I like this forum, that itch is crazy. I get it at night on my legs. Haven’t found anything that helps except taking Benadryl. It allows me to sleep without scratching my skin off. But when it wears off in 4 hours I’m back at it….sigh!

Is the cream helping the itching?
