Do You Have Explosive Rage That Is Hard To Control Sometimes? Checking Out My Hospital Bills (I Have To See A Rheumatologist For PMR) Gave

Me outrageous anger, that even scared me. It’s the feeling of impotence over medical care charging whatever the hell they want for services. The rage I feel is over the chart and my husband thinks it’s not normal . I feel completely washed after an episode. 🥵How about you?

I've also experienced anger that was out of the norm for me. I've noticed that this usually happens when I feel like I'm not being heard, whether by a doctor, friend, partner, etc. I know we've all heard this many times before, but what has helped me in those moments is to say I need a moment, find a comforting space and meditate for a few minutes. Unfortunately, mood swings seem to be common with fibro sufferers, so I hope you are able to find something that works for you.

There are things I can’t resolve between my wife and step daughter who lives with us. I do my best not to be affected by them. But I obviously am and a couple of times a year I lose it. Not violent but the things that come out of my mouth are true but nasty. You look like butter would not melt Mrs Chenti. I always think your name could be the title of a novel or film. Take care.

We are lucky we live in Canada many Canadians take our health care for granted. I have done alot of traveling in my healthier days mostly carribbean and after seeing so much of other countries it makes me appreciate how good we have it here. Especially after seeing countries like Venezuela before their civil war.

I had a fiery temper as a child and teen. I started being a political activists in the early 70s and blew off a lot of steam on that. Also I wove many rag rugs. I had to beat every weft in very hard. My even temper is often commented on nowadays, lol. I live in Canada, so don't have medical bills. I do pay for my physiotherapy and naturopath. Also prescriptions up to $1000 per year. After the limit is passed the provincial government pays the rest.

Yes, my hubby & I argue often cuz of my mood swings. He’s all I gave but he starts arguments too. I know it’s not healthy but I watch tv often in our room cuz he doesn’t understand. It’s like up & down with him being understanding. God bless!
