Hard, Immovable Lumps That Showed Up Suddenly

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Taft, CA

Two mornings ago I woke up with a painful, bony-feeling lump near my wrist. The next morning I woke up with one on my foot on the other side. I limped a lot. Neither has gone away. I'm wondering if I will wake up tomorrow with a new one...

I think you need a doctor to check those Kristi. Probably nothing. You seem abit down lately, I hope things pick up.

Thanks, Peter. I'm actually not feeling down - just tired and sore, lol. My husband and I served for a week at a special needs camp and now my body is trying to play catch-up. No new knots this morning, but the one on my hand has grown. I see my doc today.

@A MyFibroTeam Member - Our kids have disabilities, so we have been connected with a disabilities ministry for years. We have gone to these camps as a family and really got a lot out of them. Now it's our turn to serve. My husband was the camp pastor.

What a wonderful thing for you and your husband to do Kristi. I did something similar forty years ago, with disabled adults. I was amazed how they enjoyed life despite severe disabilities. Take care.
