Which this then has helped tremendously with my muscle and joint pain.

So, this is what I've learned in the past 2 months about Gut and Brain axis working in unison. I never Truly understood before now and its become a blessing.

literally starts in the gut. Shoot, I've had gut issues since I was a little girl.

So, July 2nd I started taking supplements that I heard my friend discussing. Good timing because I was not in a good place and my pain was getting bad again from head to toe. I can say for myself that because my gut flora has improved immensely, that the pain is little to none. The inflammation is in my body has been less and less.
