Hi Trevor !! You may have Plantar fasciitis!!! I 've had at a couple of times. It's SO miserable!!! Google it online and see how to help it!!!! Good luck w that, Trevor!!!!!

I take medicine for gout to help with this. It really helps with the feeling of the bones being broken.

Yes Trevor I've had that once really bad couldn't put my feet down it was so intense.
