Is It True That Melatonin Can Help Fibromyalgia? I Have Been Reading About It, But What I've Read States That High Doses Are Needed.

I just did this same thread…you maybe able to find it. Doctor said to take 3 mg at night an hour or two before bed. If I can’t find 3 mg then 5 mg is fine.

I’ve tried Melatonin many times. It hasn’t been particularly effective but occasionally it does seem to help. I think you have to slowly increase your dosage to the point of effectiveness. I don’t think it hurts you, but I’m not sure.
