Yes, I take 5mg of melatonin every night on top of my Seroquel. My mind won't stop fast enough for me to fall asleep so my therapist put me on Seroquel. It work wonders for me on most nights. as far as any other symptoms such as pain and what not I don't know about helping that.

ive never heard of anyone taking it for fibro symptoms other than sleep. i tried it for sleep but it didnt work for me after a couple days. since melatonin is used for sleep, and thats what it does in your body, i dont think it would help during the day. if it worked for you, it would just make you go to sleep. i guess it might could help with symptoms at night while you are sleeping.

I used to take it to facilitate sleep. I found it made me feel hung over in the morning. Didn’t help my pain at all. Magnesium works better for me.
