Don't want to be a party spoiler but I have to mention this because this is a fibromyalgia group and I'm in my seventies now and I have to say what happened to me . I am glad all of you can eat and enjoy your cheese. There was a time when I was addicted to it and then I guess I ate too much. It was the same way with bread. Whenever I love something too much and overdo it, after a while my body rejects it. For a while I just started having the soft mozzarella then my body didn't like that anymore. Then I started trying various European cheeses and also goat and sheep cheeses but I didn't like them. Now I'm perfectly fine without cheese. I guess my gut bacteria changed or something. Apparently my body doesn't like it when I overdo something. But it's also funny how the body changes and adapts. I never in my life thought I would get over my craving for cheese but when you love something and it doesn't love you back, you got to give it up. That's life.

Definitely. I discovered this 20 years ago. I was having terrible migraines for years and discovered it was from MSG and natural flavoring in all of the processed foods we eat.Even teas! It was quite a process that took some time for me ,because natural flavorings have many different names , that way they can hide it in the foods. But since working it out, I’ve been migraine free.

According to the AI overview, melting cheese is no more bad for you than cheese. So, maybe it’s a matter of the type of cheese and if it’s mixed with other ingredients. 🤷‍♀️🥳

Eating healthy on a budget takes every ounce of creativity I can muster and a lot of “research”.
Especially since the nicer grocery stores are over an hour away. 😅 But the pay off is everything

I buy a small tin of Mackeral for a pound in brine. Two tins 350 calories abit of salad I’m done. We are obviously all on top of healthy eating. Piza is processed Lesley. Only unprocessed food at the wedding. Lovely to hear you back on form. Take care everyone.
