I have had 2 lower back surgeries do to degenerative disc disease. If the pain runs down one leg or the other from your low back buttocks area it's generally static pain because of your back. But if your legs in general hurt all the time like horrible leg aches it may be the fibromyalgia. But my understanding is if it's rotating down your leg it's the back otherwise it might be fibromyalgia. It could also mean your magnesium and/or potassium could be low. The best thing for you to do is go to your Dr to get an accurate assessment. I pray you will get answers soon. May God bless you with His strength, comfort and peace.
