If you are prone to cold sores, fever blisters, etc. You need to get some Llysine. I get mine in the vitamin section at Walmart. I works wonderfully. I take one a day. I've not had a full blown blisters in of few years. I've had maybe a couple I can feel starting but never turn into anything. Like I said it's works amazingly.

Actually, I have been using pure L-Lysine powder for years and usually it works so well to keep the fever blisters away, but I have a serious problem. When I try to reintroduce a food into my extremely limited eatting regime only to find that I still can't tolerate it, or I get into an environmental allergen atmosphere, especially combined with stress, then my histamines go crazy with usually more internal reactions that I definitely feel but that aren't usually noticeable to others around me. It causes me hot rushes toy face, a sickened feeling inside of my body, and my lips suddenly chap and feel raw around the edges, then bam, fever blisters come up. Even on high dose Lysine! IfI never took Lysine, I would really be a mess.
Thanks 😊 for dropping me a line.
