Thank you for replying to me. My family and freinds can't belive I drink so much through night and still wake up like I've been in deprived of fluids. This started years ago and I've tried drinking lots water through day and before bed..funny thing is. I drink the water but probably only get up once all night for loo..sending hug carole.

@A MyFibroTeam Member Have they ever checked you for diabetes. I am prediabetic, and I get really thirsty. Maybe you should ask. Hope you find some answers. I’ll add you to my team so you can check out my story if you’d like. Ttyl !!

Thank you for your reply. I've had bloods and full body scans etc but nothing to indicate problems as such..I've had this night thirst best part 30yrs and don't particularly get thirsty in day, I try to drink plenty in daytime in hope I'd be well hydrated for night time, but doesn't make any difference. I'm 66 now and started with fibromyagia symptoms from late teens, I was took seriously by doctors only 6yr ago when my symptoms really started interfering with daily activities. But the thirst is strange especially as I don't drink alcohol to dehydrate me. Best wishes carole thank you.

I would recommend you check with your doctor. It can be a sign of other illnesses. Not saying this is what you have , but come to find out I had a lung condition . I was drinking hoards of water. I couldn’t go anywhere without a large bottle of water. Hugs

Yes i wake up so thirsty and my mouth is so dry im drinking water half the night
